Have only lived at Berkley House a couple months but so far every interaction with the staff has been great. They are super helpful and today I needed help getting some heavy boxes from the mail area to my apartment and Tyler was great in getting those for me. Anything I've needed has always been taken care of very quickly. The apartment itself is great and very spacious, and I'm very glad I chose Berkley House.

The Office staff are super helpful, and the entire community is very well managed. Enjoyed our time at Duncan Park and Berkley House. Halley, Emily, and the entire staff were extremely helpful. Any maintenance request was quickly handled. The amenities were great, we enjoyed using the grill and outdoor fire pit at Duncan. You are downtown in 15 and just minutes from Bridge Park.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience at the Berkley House! My roommate and I had a very smooth move in process thanks to Gage! The Berkley House staff is VERY friendly and go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy! :) My roommate and I both put in a maintenance order on separate occasions and they were able to get it taken care of that same day. 10/10 would recommend!

The pool is awesome, beautiful and open year round! The dog park is so great, and just got agility equipment so it's extra fun for pups now! And the clubhouse with the movie theater, pool tables, arcade room, lounge, coffee bar and more is the best! I work a remote job and I work from the clubhouse every day. We also reserved the movie theater for our daughter's birthday and it was perfect! (we use it for random movie nights together too and it's so nice to have!). Overall I 100% rate Berkley a 5/5 stars! Definitely check it out if you're looking for a great place to live.
