poor management
May 7, 2020The property manager doesn’t seem to know how to run things. She also has a sassy tone most of the time when you call and ask for help with the apartment. Always sounds annoyed. Like we are bothering her. I’ve lived here for years and never had this problem with the previous manager. Berkshire Hills Apartments
August 14, 2015We have live in our two bedroom apartment since May of 2015 and we LOVE IT! The rent price is $720 a month which fits right into our budget. Our water and electric bill each month combined is less than $200. The apartments are set up like duplexes so we only share an outside door with one other person. There are many friendly children in the other apartments which is great because my 6 year old loves spending time outside riding bikes with them or playing hide and see in the HUGE backyard. Our ...place is just over 1000 square feet which includes a really nice updated kitchen with a big pantry and all appliances, a large dining room, a very spacious living room with patio door, two over sized bedrooms, closets in every room and a newly renovated bathroom. I love our little home. Besides college dorms, this is the first place I have lived in since moving out of my parents house. It's close to town so you can walk everywhere you need to go and there is a laundromat in the apartment complex so we don't have to waste money on water for laundry in our actual unit. Everyone is very friendly and there are maintenance people available 24/7 who keep the grounds clean and fix any problems immediately. I LOVE OUR APARTMENT!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
