    I've been a resident here for 7 years, and overall, it's been a great experience so I have no complaints. Work gets done quickly. The community is well taken care of, management is responsive, and I've always felt safe and comfortable in my home. It has been a good place to live long term, and I appreciate the consistency and improvements over the years.

    The leasing process was an easy experience for me. From the start, the team was super friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all my (many) questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, Mariah really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. The building is beautiful and feels really well taken care of, which just added to the excitement of moving in.   • Great apartment

    I’ve really enjoyed living here. The property is clean and well-kept, and it just has a really nice vibe overall. The staff is amazing — super friendly and always quick to help out whenever something comes up. Shout out to Isaak and Mariah in the leasing office. It’s just one of those places that feels like home, and that’s not always easy to find. Definitely happy I chose to live here!

  • Good Place in Beverly Hills

    Best place I've lived in since moving to LA. The reason is the apartments here are huge with a lot of space. I always use the gym too so the fact it's 24/7 is a bonus for me. Good place and area is good too

    It is too noise. You can hear everything- if your neighbor make a noise you can hear, if they walk you can wake up because of the noise. Impolite people living here also. Expansive for what is.

  • great apartment experience

    The apartment was very spacious ! The team/management were beyond amazing. I was helped by a young lady she was as also amazing she was helpful, accommodating, and went out of her way to make my move in very smooth and easy for me. I believe her name was Mariah, I had to move out of state due to personal reasons otherwise I would have renewed my lease with no doubt in mind ! Anytime I had an issue with my apartment, management would resolve my issue quickly the technicians were also always on ...
    time, there was also always parking for friends or relatives to come visit, and the neighbors were very friendly ! I recommend this place 10/10 for anyone looking to move in.

    Has problems with trash overloaded smelly around the are people partying in jacuzzi until midnight with beer and 2 am jumping into the pool ,mail and packages missing Carpets dirty on the floors Complain multiple time to management they don’t care

  • Beware of This Building and Management!!

    We have lived here in the compleax for almost 6 months The first week my husband and I moved in I kept calling maintenance complaining of a strong gas smell in the unit. The maintenance manger kept telling me it was nothing, and said he didn’t smell anything. Thank god I called the gas company! Again and again and again!!!!! In less than 5 months here we had over 5 gas leaks in a one bedroom apartment! After waiting for the gas Co for over 2 hours on New Years Eve, the former manager offered ...
    us another apartment at a higher rent, we did decline. Who’s to say there isn’t a problem in the whole complex. Finally we called them out again for a strong smell last Friday night, which is the 6th time! And we decided enough! This is crazy we have to get out of this complex! So instead of apologies and trying to reimburse us for our move in, stress, and having to look for another apartment building in the area, the new manager has some how turned this around and is trying to hold us up in this horrible state of an apartment. We have never lived in these conditions, let alone we have not been contacted by IMT corporate We are just trying to get out of here and we are at the mercy of a manger who started a job here a week ago! Horrible teanant relations! Horrible situation to be held in!

    Don't be fooled- this place is a horrible place to call home. Everything from homeless people living in the building for weeks to drug dealers selling goods in the lobby at night. The management here is incompetent and does nothing to make conditions better, the responses they post online are to make prospects think they care- they don't. STAY AWAY!
