    I recently moved into Berkshire 3 months ago and it has truly been a home away from home. I am so happy that I chose this complex as my home. Everyone is so nice. It is safe, always kept clean and it is within walking distance of Frisco Square. Moving from out of state, I wanted to make sure I found the perfect place and I can truly say that I did. I have not had any issues since moving here. I highly recommend this complex!

  • Run, don’t walk…away

    I’ve lived here for six months and have had numerous issues, all ignored by the on-site staff, and unable to reach the management company. If you want water leaking from your smoke detectors, nasty odor from the hallways, and registered cars being towed this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are many better options in Frisco.

    Just moved in, and so far, so good! Management is wonderful and the apartment space is upscale and cozy at the same time. People here are very friendly and welcoming our two pups have already made a handful of friends! Love the neighborhood too. Theres a lot to do within a short distance and its very convenient to Plano, The Colony and other suburbs.
