Amazing location and great staff!!
March 31, 2021The property manager and the maintenance crew are amazing! I've lived in this building for almost 4 years. Anytime any issues came up they were amazingly quick to fix them or let me know when the parts will come in for the fix. I have lived in both the studio and the upgraded loft apartment in the same building. They are really good about addressing any complaints about neighbors and was kind enough to act on them. Most of the occupants are super friendly. There are no pet fees which is ...amazing! People get accustomed to your cat and will hold on to them if they get out. The location is great! I love having the Kwik Trip right next door so I can go down whenever I need some last minute butter or milk, or it is 8:45 and I really need a beer. The area itself is pretty quiet with the exception of the normal summer time bbq buzz which is to be expected.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A remarkably affordable gem on the west side.
August 9, 2020Pro's: Extremely worth the cost. Fantastic studio layout with plenty of closet space and living space. Property managers are responsive, timely, and willing to help on behalf of tenants making move-in stress free. Con's: Hallways and some cabinets of the apartment smell of cigarette smoke. Most likely due to the past before change in-laws.Review from Apartments.com
Good, quiet & affordable place!
July 5, 2017Lived here for 3 years and I would not have moved if not for location change. Management has always been supportive and easy to deal with. Katie is exceptional in providing good living experience. Location is best in terms of access to lot of places nearby. Its quiet too and really safe. I will miss my stay :)Review from Apartments.com
