Me and my partner have lived here for almost 2 years. We have had a problem with leaking from our A/C since the first year into the next. They have sent people out to check, change the A/C but still to no avail, it wasn't fixed. So, I asked for a new apartment, and I was told that I can't get one. We have water damage on some of our furniture, puddles of water are always on the floor, and I have two big holes in my walls (one in the bedroom and one in the hallway). smell like mold. I went today to speak with them at the front office, and I will admit I was a little heated because I've been dealing with this forever. She told me that they will send someone over with a new machine to fix everything and if they couldn't fix it then I could get a new place. So instead, I flat out asked for another apartment. She told me there was nonavailable. Ugh, so done with this place.
