These are brand new construction beautiful apartments . Safe , clean , friendly and secure . Plenty of storage space ,on site laundry and workout facility . Walking distance from stores , banking and restaurants .

I am a single mom for the last two years I was looking for an apartment to move back to Horseheads becasue I really wanted the feeling of safe quality. Biltmore Crossing was prefect. It is in the perfect location and it is a safe and secure place. the Mangement is wonderful and great. They are always there through email or on the property during business office. It is a income based living complex and it is perfect for a single parent. As much as people think I am crazy and that I sould invest ...
in a house, as a single parent I found what I was looking for and it is perfect for my son and I. Love the space and it is great that they have a small fitness room also.
