Was a bad experience from the start. Don't let the nice appearance of the apartments fool you. No security. Don't care who moves in. Don't enforce the rules in the book size lease. Said it was "more like guidelines."

This comunity use to be a nice place to call home. Because we have no maintenance, and the grounds aren’t keep up at all.The breezeways are covered in bird poop and smells. The limbs need cut back behind building I, as well the pool area, the limbs are growing up the windows of the apartments. It’s disgusting the snake hole that was promised to be taken care of hasn’t and we were also told the management was going to get some type of coverings for the lights so the birds would stay out of them ...

and make so much mess. It’s very unhealthy with this bird poop on the complex walls inside the breezeways and on the breezeways concrete, you can’t even walk through the breezeway without stepping in it. The slide of the playground slide has been broke and taped due being unusable for the past few summers. We, we’re told one has been ordered and we would get a new one. I have been a residence here for a long period of time, and I hate to say that this complex is going down and not being kept up as once was. The police has been called numerous times due to suspicion of drugs and loud noise, especially in the back of the complex. I hope things that’s been promised to be taken care of soon.

not well maintained, no cleaning even no mulching in the flower beds or around the trees. except Kathy other staff does not care about your problems. people living at ground level are very disturbed by the movement of people living upper level.

Very courteous & helpful site staff with special thanks to Kathy. Nice size 3 bedroom with great layout for square footage. Only downside is beam in upper floor & movement can disturb neighbors below units very easily. Families with children should not be on upper levels due to this design flaw.
