Old, run down
March 13, 2024This property is incredibly old, & has a "cheap fix" management company. We lived for 3 months in the middle of summer with no building AC, another 3 months with a broken elevator, and we had mold as well as leaks throughout our unit. The management company won't fix anything promptly, due to the fact that they must first shop around for the cheapest "fix" they're able to find. Terrible building. Don't let the "entry level pricing" for beachside living fool you.Review from Apartments.com
