Great place and best staff
May 6, 2022I have been living at Birchview since 2020 and it has been the best place I've ever rented. It is such a quiet place, neighbors are friendly and respectful. The staff is by far the best, fastest, friendly, respectful and accommodating. Barbara and her Husband have been incredible and always give a smile. During Huracan Ida, Barbara and her staff made sure we where all informed and safe. I will always recommend Birchview to all my friends and family.Review from Apartments.com

House Rent Experience
August 20, 2019Birchview Garden was our home for many year. Apartment space was actually impressive and spacious. Beautiful hard wood. Babara and Stephe are welcoming people and very happy. Always help when need and Babara is fast with work. Maintenance crew is very responsive and works hard.......very joyous. Happy people and will miss. House rent price was very good. Quiet and comfortable in great location
August 11, 2015I've lived here for three years. Apartments are spacious covered in hardwood floors. I have a 1br with full kitchen, large living room and small dining room. Bathroom is medium sized. Overall community is quiet but the best part is the location. Right off 287 close to Rutgers and many office buildings on Centennial Drive. Rent is very reasonable and they allow online rent payment for covenience. If it weren't so far from my new office, I'd continue to live there indefinitely.Review from Apartments.com
Not much to complain about
June 24, 2014I lived here for 2 years and there isn't really much I can complain about. Any time something broke, the staff came out basically the same day and got it fixed. Seems to be runned by a single family and they are all nice people. Never had a problem with parking. The one slightly negative thing was the paint inside the apartment. It was globbed on quick and it's sloppy, some cracks in the paint too. In addition, the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors pretty easily. Also if you ...have to drive on River Road from here, the traffic is absolutly horrible, especially at around 5. Other than that, it is RIGHT off 287 which is convenient.
