Major Security Issues
January 7, 2026My mother is a resident here and all four wheels to her car were stolen two days ago. Search the reviews for this property, and you will find this is a common occurrence. When she filed a police report, the police officer confirmed they have been to this property many times for similar incidents. There are major security problems at this location. In particular, the motorized access gate does not work so it is being left open for any non-resident to enter. Management confirmed that this was the ...case when my mother's wheels were stolen. Even though this keeps happening, management has not hired any additional security or made any meaningful changes to make this property safer. Management has also not responded to our requests to make the property more secure or offered to help my mother in any way. Do yourself a favor and don't live here. Friendly Staff
July 12, 2025I recently visited Birchway Perry Rd and I absolutely loved the community. The friendly staff, which showed me around and answered all my questions. I loved the stainless steel appliances and the gas stove. The community was well kept and they have a 24 hour gym. I will definitely be calling this my home.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Apartments and Amazing Staff
August 18, 2023I was assisted by Chanteria and she was the bomb.com haha. She helped me with everything with 0 hesitation! I had issues with the app and she completed it for me on her end, I needed help finding apartments and she literally took her time to send me quotes on it all!
