Goldmark has been great to work with. Anytime I have a concern and don’t want to handle it on the phone, I’ll go to the management office and they are always so accommodating and meet whatever need I have. Very good people.

The staff was attentive and helpful while I had to apply for an apartment online through pictures. Needless to say I was a little nervous when I arrived. However I was pleasantly surprised with the staff the building and the apartment.

Birchwood apartments are older and so charming. The floor plans are huge! We love our apartment and would definitely recommend.
