negligence
December 17, 2024There was a shootout last month at the back of the complex and someone passed away. The front entry gate has been down since February (it is now December) and homeless people roam around the property regularly. Office staff is negligent and threaten you with fees by email for minor things, but clearly have bigger issues to worry about.Review from Apartments.com
Avoid these apartments
November 28, 2023I've lived here for a while and at the start everything was great. There was a change in management and everything has been downhill after that. Almost all units are sinking due to bad architecture and upkeep, mold within the apartments, no security, and lots of crime. The list goes on with the horrible conditions. The city of Dallas is constantly visiting these apartments and I am surprised they have not been shut down. Please avoid these apartments and waste your money on something actually ...worth the price. The pictures posted on their website and anywhere else are deceiving. Additionally most of the laundry machines are broken and the laundry units are always dirty since the homeless like to make it their home.
