August 27, 2015These apartments are spacious and are perfect for college living, being located 100 ft away from chico state is perfect, you hear the baseball games and the bell every hour which is nice but not that annoying. Only downfall is parking by the lawns gets you waterspots!Review from Apartments.com

August 18, 2015While living at Birch Wood for the last 2 years, I have had an amazing experience. The staff is extremely friendly and will help you with any problems or concerns right away. Also as a resident you have an opportunity to win pizza on trivia Tuesday's! Lastly, they complete work orders with in a day or two. Our oven die and we received a brand new one within two days! I only have positive things to say, it's the best place to live while being able to walk to campus in 5mins or less.Review from Apartments.com

August 18, 2015From Trivia Tuesday to the awesome maintenance staff, Birchwood Apartments (part of the Timbers) is a fantastic place for college students. First of all, the apartments are literally right next to campus. It takes me about 10 minutes to walk to class. There is a good amount of space in each apartment. There are always fun events to participate in, not to mention the free food that comes along with them. Any questions are answered extremely fast and maintenance seems to always be around to fix ...ANYTHING as soon as you need it done.
