Terrible!!!!
November 14, 2024When I moved in I got the display apartment so it was the nicest one until the mold started growing everywhere, the flees in the apartment building got into every apartment, and the landlord would do anything for months. And if you ever wanted to get in contact they will never respond. I would leave messages and not even so much as an email. I would knock on their door and nobody would answer. Grossly filthy at move in.
July 25, 2024Don’t waste your money. Management at all levels do not care about tenants. Oven had leftover oven cleaner in it as well as grime. Storage under oven had sticky something as well as crumbs. Under stove top grimy and bits of food. Kitchen cabinets and drawers had spilled liquid on outside also very sticky. Inside full of crumbs and other small particles. Freezer had a large amount of food and liquids under the piece of plastic protecting the ventilation. Fridge had grime in all creases and its ...floor. Bathroom cabinet dirty and sticky on door. Inside had a large thick amount of a white substance on the bottle. All registers broken and dirty. All window tracks thick layer of dust, bugs and pieces of glass. Site manager cleaned for about 15 minutes. Only after contacting the management company president cleaning staff came. His response to me was “ I will make this right.” I reviewed concerns with her. She was instructed to take care of my concerns. After she left I did not notice any improvement. Regional manager made plans twice to speak with me. She failed to honor both meetings. Several attempts to president resulted in no response. When he finally responded he gave me a 30 day notice to vacate. He stated in his email”At this point I don't think we will ever make you happy.” Taking care of my concerns like offering to clean my apartment, responding to messages, keeping his word about “making it right” would have gone a long way in making me happy. There is more like damage and missing parts. I think this warning is too long as it is. Too bad I am not able to attach pictures.
