Great location. Recently renovated. Lori, the manager, is very responsive and helpful. Lots of grad students live here. My only complaint after a year and a half is that the walls are thin because of how old the structure is. So if noise bothers you, there's risk depending on your neighbors, but management seems willing to help you with that if you're having problems. There is also traffic noise if you're facing any of the streets, but curtains really reduce that. Overall, I would recommend ...

Chandler was the original manager of the place for years. It's not like he was great or anything. But at least he didn't bother us all the time. Just several months ago, they changed to a new property management, they are really bad. They kept bothering us about letting people see our apartment, because we were going to move out. They would just schedule a showing of our apartment randomly without consulting us at all, even though I told them to ask if I'm available first. This place became very ...
old already. But they had never done any renovation or maintaining. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
