    I’ve lived here with my fiancé for a little over a year and have no complaints. General maintenance around the property is perfect. I receive quick responses when I email the property manager and birchwood grove is located in a very nice place. Many things to do around here

    Our three bedroom Birchwood Grove townhome is in the perfect location off of 53rd. The community is dog and kid friendly, and a pool and fitness center is being built. Maintenance is always responsive when issues arise, including multiple mishaps such as a new washer, dishwasher, and smoke detectors.

    My husband and I spend a year in our unit and we loved our time here. We were able to make it truly feel like a home and the management was great to deal with. We made the tough decision to move somewhere new as we felt the cost was just a bit high to not have a single amenity, along with the fact that we are saving for a forever home. Overall, I would recommend this place to others looking for a place to rent in the Quad Cities.

The appliances are higher grade stainless and the Heating/cooling system is very efficient - which led to low monthly utility bills. When placing a work order the maintenance staff was responsive. The property manager was also easy to work with. We really enjoyed the attached garage and the open floor plan of the 3 bed+ office configuration. One thing to note is on the units to the inner part ...

    Dolan homes, particularly the Birchwood Grove community on 53rd and Lakeview in Davenport, was a wonderful community and safe living place for our small family! We lived in the 3 bedroom + den townhome and the design of the home, in addition to the amount of living space was just fabulous! The den is located on the floor of entry, which allowed my husband to have his privacy and quiet for working tasks. The den is very spacious and with the central window allows for the control of natural light ...
    to your liking. When you come upstairs you are greeted by a wonderful open floor plan! The upstairs bedrooms including the master design is spacious and very comfortable for kids as well! We absolutely adored our townhome! The townhome community is THRIVING with young families. We would meet little kids riding their bikes sooo safely and freely throughout the community. We would walk for air at later hours of the evening and feel secure and safe! They also just build a Hyvee Fast and Fresh gas station in walking distance! They also have a Starbucks at the turn in corner…lol… we loved it for family Saturday coffee walks! There is a new Freddy’s in walking distance as well! It is soooo close to everything you need! Hyvee, Costco, Walmart, an emergency room, etc. are all within about 5-8min drives ! Now, let’s talk about the Dolan team!! Jeff is their main property manager and he is a phenomenal professional. He is attentive to your needs as tenants and he is also very quick to return texts or calls. You can tell he has experience , and we NEVER felt dismissed anytime we had a question or concern. Wayne and Oscar are two of Dolan’s maintenance gentlemen, and we absolutely ADORED them! We had VERY FEW maintenance needs during our time there, but the ones we did, Wayne or Oscar responded to promptly, in a detail oriented manner and always with such care. We loved those guys!! Tianna at the main office is an absolute GEM! She would quickly address any of our needs and was so customer oriented, kind, approachable (even over the phone) and thorough in her management of your needs as a tenant. Let me mention important things to consider given Iowa and snow. Their winter maintenance team with snow plowing and clearing the roads were great! Overall, if you are looking for a safe, comfortable, spacious, quiet yet family friendly community, with beautifully designed townhomes, in the Quads, I would 100% recommend Birchwood Grove :)

    We have been leasing with Dolan Homes for almost a year now and absolutely LOVE it! Dolan homes employees really do take all of your concerns/questions very serious and strive to help you in any way. The townhome we live in is beautiful, quaint and very quiet. They really do cater to family’s with the addition of the playground right in our neighborhood with plans to add a dog park! We really enjoy leasing with Dolan Homes and look forward to the years to come!
