House cleaning and Office not answering when you try to set up appointment The house cleaning here has declined. I use to be so proud of our building. Now I've seen weeks go by with dirty carpets and inside elevator. And seeing our house keeper wack in and outside numerous times a day often caring food and others telling me they see the same thing. Very disappointing when it never was that way before. And also not being able to just stop into the Office but need to call and make appointment but ...

Highland Rate Experience Overall I like living here except for three things: 1) it took over 3 weeks for replace to garage door opener which was unsafe during that time for anyone or creatures. Anybody could break into cars and seal things from the cars. 2) There has been problems with barn swallows nesting in 3rd floor air vents and corners of the roof areas and leaving bird droppings on walls and sidewalks. 3) Birchwood should be responsible for washing outside windows at least once a year as ...
