April 26, 2025Love living here maintenance is on point 100% of the time. The ladies in the leasing office are nice and helpful. I only ever complain about us having zero amenities. I’m aware we’re able to use the sister property but it’s just not ideal. It would be nice to see the dog park (that I have Never seen used in the last 2 1/2 years I been here) be a small gym or pool or something residents would actually use.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2024Biscayne apartments is a quiet, clean community. Move in was seamless. The apartment was clean. Plenty of parking. I lived at Aurora a year ago and this community is night and day different. The one bedroom is very spacious with a lot of natural light.Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2024Main thing missing is a pool or gym honestly. There’s a dog park that no one uses. The neighborhood is quite for the most part the trash area is definitely disgusting and always over flowing.Property Manager Responded

July 25, 2024First year here was a little rocky. I think management was different then. It’s been good since. The neighborhood is decent people mind their business here. Some new tenants need to clean up after themselves as far as trash goes seen a couple of busted trash bags left around on a few occasions. Maintenance is attentive they come pretty much next day to work on your requests. Apartments are a good size and the laundry room is a great feature. August 10, 2015The apartments are nice. Lots of space without having to pay a lot. Huge walk in closet and master bedroom. Unfortunately there are no amenities. Overall a great place to live for the price.Review from Apartments.com
