Worest place I've ever lived
June 6, 2018Four Oaks is the worest place to live. They don't fix anything. Their office staff is rude & have no idea how to manage an apartment building.i had to select a rating, I pushed 1 because it won't accept my review without it but they don't even deserve a 1Review from Apartments.com
Four Oaks Apartments- Worst place for Tu students
May 10, 2016There will always be some loud music playing from a car or apartment. You will find used bullet shells in your parking lot and a drunk guy throwing out crockery from his window from second floor and shouting something at midnight. There will be people shouting at each other sometimes and cops blocking you parking lot.You can't study when you are home due to these disturbances. My other TU student friends who have stayed here haven't recieved their deposit back, i dont know if we are going to. If ...you have a TU bike, parking it at the stairs, you won't find it the next day, good luck carrying it upstairs everyday, if ur living in the second floor near the drunk guy. If there is some heater or Ac repair,they won't send some one to repair it for a week. Considering all the stress from school added to the above benefits from four oaks, i dont think you will ever forget this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
