A Fabulous Place to Live
June 20, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are very well maintained, comfortable and in a great location, close to everything you would need and more. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the place is surrounded by natural beauty. Phyllis, the property manager, is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. She decorates the office for every holiday and season. Any maintenance issues (there weren't many)were tended to quickly. I highly recommend Blackberry Creek.Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived her over 6 years. I can’t imagine living any place else. The property manager takes great pride in the property and residences. She knows everyone’s name and where they live. If there is a maintenance problem, it’s fixed before I get home from work. I haven’t had but one or two in the six years. Property Management at its best!
August 15, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comNothing but PERFECT!!! We have been on a short term lease while building our house. All maintenance issues are handled properly and in an a timely manner. Property is well lit, so i feel safe walking my dog early in the morning or late at night. There seems to be no "riff raff" in these apartments and everyone is pretty quiet. July 21, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a great place to live. It is halfway in between my wife's job and my job. We have had some problems with maintenance, and they have taken care of our problems in under 24 hours.
