A Fabulous Place to Live
June 20, 2023The apartments are very well maintained, comfortable and in a great location, close to everything you would need and more. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the place is surrounded by natural beauty. Phyllis, the property manager, is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. She decorates the office for every holiday and season. Any maintenance issues (there weren't many)were tended to quickly. I highly recommend Blackberry Creek.Property Manager Responded

Love it here
January 15, 2022I’ve lived her over 6 years. I can’t imagine living any place else. The property manager takes great pride in the property and residences. She knows everyone’s name and where they live. If there is a maintenance problem, it’s fixed before I get home from work. I haven’t had but one or two in the six years. Do not rent from this place

Property Management at its best!
August 15, 2019Nothing but PERFECT!!! We have been on a short term lease while building our house. All maintenance issues are handled properly and in an a timely manner. Property is well lit, so i feel safe walking my dog early in the morning or late at night. There seems to be no "riff raff" in these apartments and everyone is pretty quiet. Great place to live
July 21, 2015This is a great place to live. It is halfway in between my wife's job and my job. We have had some problems with maintenance, and they have taken care of our problems in under 24 hours. The staff is super nice, the grounds are always kept looking nice, even in this super hot summer. Overall, a very good experience.Review from Apartments.com
