Great place to live
August 28, 2025Our experience living here has been truly wonderful. The elementary school for our child is fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The community is always very clean, and whenever something needs to be fixed, the maintenance team responds quickly and takes care of it right away. It feels quiet, peaceful, and very safe, which makes it a great place for families. We also enjoy the amenities. The pool is great — even though it’s the only one for the whole community, it never feels crowded. ...The office is very convenient when we need to print something, and the gym, while small, has everything we need for a good workout. August 26, 2025Started living here with my boyfriend & couldn’t ask for a better complex. Apartment is located in a great part of town! Close to Middleton & close to west side restaurants. The apartment is well maintained - they have done several improvements while I’ve lived here, including adding cameras to buildings & repaving the parking lot. Great place to live!
July 3, 2025Lived here for a year and truly enjoyed it. It’s very nicely located, with stores and the mall within 10 mins. There is a club house that is available to use, a pool with a very nice deck, elevators and carts that help with moving. Maintenance is incredible and quick! April 9, 2025We lived here for a few years. The location is very peaceful and I always felt very safe. We have the best neighbors I now call life long friends. The property manager Jessica always available for any questions we may have and keeping us informed about the property. The monthly events they offer are always fun too. We can't forget the maintenance team. They are always there when you need maintenance from the inside and outside of the Blackhawk trails community. What a perfect place to live
February 6, 2025We moved into the Blackhawk Trails Apartments after searching around the Madison/Middleton area for an appropriate rental after selling our country home. We were hoping to find something that reminded us of our place in rural Iowa County. Blackhawk Trails offered just the place we hoped to find. Our third story two bedroom apartment is perfect. We love it. We have all the room we need. The kitchen has loads of countertops and cupboards. Both bedrooms have lovely large closets. It is close to ...services, grocery stores and more. We enjoy the excellent management of the property that is combined with friendly folks we meet as they go about their daily business. The neighborhood surrounding the complex is quiet and close to several excellent trails, including one that is part of the Ice Age Trail which meanders throughout some beautiful Wisconsin countryside.
