Much Better Than Expected
May 14, 2026Before moving in, I was honestly a little hesitant because I had seen some negative reviews online regarding rodents. But after touring and now moving in, my experience has been completely different. The apartment has been very clean, updated, and well maintained, and I’ve found the property to be lovely so far.The space feels clean, modern, and well maintained, and the move-in process has been smooth. The bathroom and kitchen updates make the apartment feel much more high-end than a typical ...rental. The closets and storage space are also a huge plus. The property has a quiet, comfortable feel while still being close to everything Cambridge has to offer. horrible building, even worse management
June 20, 2021The apartment building is almost as horrible as the company managing the property. Since moving in, there have been several safety issues, plumbing problems, and the apartment I rented was not move in ready, it was also filthy. The dog park is full of broken glass and dog poop and if you try to get in touch with the management, you will be ignored. Save yourself the mold exposure and frustration and do not move into this dump.Review from Apartments.com
