Super friendly staff, seems like they have a great atmosphere and social ties, staff member knew all of the people we came across in the corridoor. Great natural lighting in the apartments, as the walls don’t come all rhe way up to the ceiling.

Charity and Dawn made the move in process so easy! The only thing they didn’t do is move my boxes for me. The community here is great, the restaurants nearby are excellent, and if your view of the river isn’t breathtaking enough, take a walk on the nature trail (only a block away).

Great three years

I have lived at Block 2 Lofts for three years. I do not have a single complaint. The apartment, with all of its windows, eradicated my seasonal depression. I also enjoyed walking in the downtown area. Dawn and Charity couldn’t be kinder or more accommodating. I am only leaving because, with a new grand baby, I’m going to my hometown for the entire summer or lingerie . I truly feel that I have the best spot in Little Rock and I will miss it immensely.

This moving experience was possibly the most easiest thanks to charity and Dawn. Every step of the way they were there to help me and provide me the information that I needed as well as get me in as soon as possible. The whole process took only a few days!
