January 24, 2026Nice building and staff, but the noise from the street and trash pickup is really bad. Apartment building is nice, quiet in the common areas and not very busy. No cable TV in the game room common area was a disappointment. Another negative is they only have 2 spot for EV and they charge $50 a month for them. So if 2 people in the building rent the spaces then there are no more availableProperty Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Marijuana smell in the hallways is getting worse. Now the smell is being drawn into my apartment through the crack under my front door. For the most pet I do not care what folks do in their apartment as long as it does not disturb or bring harm to others. This is the beginnings of a problem.Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026Marijuana smell in my apartment and the hallway is back. Please fix this problem. People are still placing their trash bags on the carpet and placing their trash out in the halls at the wrong time. Some days there is trash out in the hallways all day long. January 22, 2026-1 garage stairwell access to North stairwell does not lock. Mag lock still not working and has been broken for over eight months. Nearly 30 lights burnt out in the parking garage. Lights still burnt out on exterior building entrance on Northside of building. Men’s restroom at pool is is in disrepair.Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026I’ve lived at Block334 since it first opened nearly ten years ago. Ownership changes over the years have definitely affected the overall quality, but I still hold out hope for improvement. Some staff members are friendly and helpful, while others can be less responsive or inconsistent. Safety here is about average for downtown—no worse than other communities nearby. The resident mix is decent, though the sense of community could be stronger. So why do I stay? Convenience and cost. It’s simply ...easier and cheaper to stay than to move. January 22, 2026Hallways on the third floor are HOT and wrought with stale foul smelling air. Hallway carpet is stained through the floor. Floor in front of trash chute is stained again. Air freshener dispensers are empty and non-functioning.Review from Apartments.com

From the leasing process to settling into my new apartment, everything has been handled with professionalism and care. The staff has been attentive and accommodating, making the transition stress-free.
