September 14, 2025The elevator doesn't work. Have to pay to wash and dry clothes; the machines are ancient, and the dryers barely work.Review from Apartments.com
I lived at Block V Apartments in Grand Forks.
August 23, 2025Management does not respond reliably — often there is no reply at all. When something breaks, expect to wait months before it is addressed- IF you are lucky. The elevator has been broken for over 2 years despite being advertised as available.Review from Apartments.com
