The receptionist at the front desk Nisha, is thee worst representative I’ve met in my life. She comes of condescending as if someone is annoying or bothering her and shows no interest in attempting to send maintenance to fix an issue, instead she’ll belittle your request and say you can do it yourself or hand off a third party number to call to inquire about fixing it on your own. Shortly after my girlfriend decided to utilize the app to put in a request with maintenance to fix the front door. ...
The following day it was done without the maintenance team needing to enter the apartment at all. All I wanted was for her to put in the same request because I’m not good with thee app but she wanted to argue with me and say other wise? Her presence in the office discourages me from coming in for help in the future…
