April 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhen you come they make it seem like it’s all about you anything you need and the managers are so nice but once you sign the lease they do not care what you need if something is wrong or broken in the place or needs fixing or be replaced and hey could care less ! They always have an attitude and is working around them not you so unprofessional and rude!!
They never fix anything properly

August 26, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comHere at Blossom Oaks, nobody is safe from dents and scratches due to little humans running around with no parental control. Staff is prone to ignoring the details unless a resident is forced into having to complain multiple times before anything is done. Neighbors are loud and parking seems impossible. Although, I've lived here for quite a while I haven't been too pleased with any of the renovations or annemities. Hopefully things will change.....Sincerely, single mom!!!!!

July 28, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis is pretty old apartment.Its located in South San Jose.Its a good neighborhood.I didn't have any problems so far.The apartment manager is always helpful whenever you need something.The surroundings are clean and well-maintained.I think what we pay every month is worth it.Hopefully, the won't raise the rent too high so we can still stay here longer!:)
