I just moved in, but BluWater has been fantastic so far. Felicia and Kayla in management very good at their jobs. I got my application approved, deposit paid, and lease signed in 60 minutes after touring the apartment. The movers they recommended were INSANE! 5.5 hours load and unload, including the drive. Came in way under budget, and the guys were awesome. Kyler in maintenance is great to work with and a super nice guy; he came in for work orders and ended up doing additional work ...
separate from my request. Perfect location and beautiful complex - trees everywhere, clean, birds chirping during the day, frogs at night. Right on the lake is gorgeous. My apartment is modern, hardwood everything, feels great to live here, which is important because I work remotely. Budget-wise, it's pretty much in line with everywhere else, and you get your full value's worth in additional services. I haven't even been to the year-around heated pool yet. Highly recommend living here.

Los estacionamientos son increíblemente chicos y no disponibles si no pagas por uno y los precios son exageradamente caros si los comparo a otras comunidades aquí en el mismo sector, debería haber a lo menos un estacionamiento asignado por departamenro y si se necesita otro ahí arrendar uno. Y el tema de recoleccion de basura es caro y debería ser opcional.

Bluwater is such a wonderful place to live. I am so happy here! Felicia is so sweet, and very easy to work with. She is a breath of fresh air and I love visiting her in the office when I have to address my questions. She's my sunshine. And, Adam, so eager to be of assistance when I need help. Bluwater has an amazing staff!!
