February 17, 2023This place is a nightmare, from loud neighbors to the place smelling like weed the whole day. Garbage bins get full and nobody replaces them, dog urine on the elevators when they are working. An elevator broke for over three months and when management was asked if it was getting fixed their answer was it’s too expensive and we can fix it now. Nothing gets solved ever. August 5, 2022Les daría cero pero es imposible. Ya este edificio ha pasado por 3 administraciones y la última es la peor de todas. La reja al parking estuvo dañada más de 4 meses, 2 ascensores de la parte de atrás ya van 3 meses dañados, a parte que no hay parking suficiente para los que vivimos aquí y a parte es un cochinero el edificio. Cómo hay que usar las escaleras para bajar siempre están sucias huele horrible. El cuarte de basura está tan lleno que no es posible entrar y hay que lanzar las cosas desde ...la puerta porque además de que el olor a muerto es insoportable yo creo que vendrían los bomberos y salubridad y cerrarían el edificio. December 28, 2021Muy bonito y todo pero no te resuelven nada en tus problemas, la administración ha cambiado 3 veces desde q me mude en marzo 2021, me han robado, los paquetes q ordenas se te pierden, hay chinches, mal olor, problemas con la basura, el parqueo siempre es un problema, en fin, el lugar es lo peor pra vivir, sin seguridad y sin nadie q te ayude a resolver los problemas pero para cobrarte mes a mes son puntuales!Review from Apartments.com

November 17, 2021Soleste blue lagoon has been the worst building I have ever lived in, when I moved there I was very happy it looks beautiful and everything is new, but as the days go by I saw how unpleasant it is to live in soleste, people throw garbage around everywhere, it smells like dog pee in every place from the elevator to the entrance of my apartment, the gym I rarely found clean and you are lucky if you manage to talk to the managers because they are never available. Now many things happened in the ...other alarming apartments that kept me very insecure: they robbed a couple of apartments and heard many fights, from 7 days a week 5 of them were policemen in the lobby.
