Renters Reviews and Ratings
Not safe at all
December 15, 2018Please do not put yourself and your family in danger by moving here. We rented there for 2 years and it was a complete nightmare! Maintenance NEVER shows up when they are scheduled to. We had to abruptly move out because there was a water leak and it caused mold in our ceiling. Maintenance half fixed the issue with promises to return on two different occasions, which never happened. As you may read online, there was a promise 2 years ago that a privacy fence was going to be installed. That never ...happened. There is so much through traffic from the neighboring apartments. Due to not having a fence put up, every weekend you will find that your dumpster are too full to use because the neighborhood folks come on to the property to dispose of their trash. The property manager was told of this many times. The location of these apartments is quite disturbing. I cannot even count how many times we have had to call the police because of shootings. The only positive thing about these apartments is, the property manager can be understanding when financial issues arise. Landmark Street
September 17, 2015This building has a lot of space. The bedrooms are huge, it fits my king size bed, my long dresser, and two shelves with plenty of space left over to move around. The living room area is spacious as well, with a super cute fire place and large windows to let in plenty of light. It has a small patio in the back, but it has enough space for two chairs and a round table to relax at. There is also a really nice little park about a mile down the road which is great for walks with kids or animals.Review from Apartments.com
