Apts in Lander
September 18, 2015This is a newer HUD apartment complex with 2 and 3 bedroom aprts.; they are very nice with optional washer and dryers in the units. Parking is inadequate for the number of units, and poorly lit. The screening process for residents is appropriate, but security for the buildings is poor. Even though the main entrance doors are a key pad entry, the doors are not weighted so get propped open all the time all hours of the day and night. Hallways and stairwells are not kept very clean, but the ...interiors of the units themselves are very nice. When it was built, the walls are very thin, and it can be very noisy. After having experienced some harassment problems from another tenant in a nearby building in the complex, I was disappointed there are no security cameras in the tenant buildings.
