Bug Infested At Renters Expense

Used to live here, here’s the deal: They have bed bugs, roaches, and rats. Since many buildings are connected, the infestation is in the walls. If you report it, they’ll make you pay for the extermination even though they were one units fault & have spread throughout. Many of the plumbing pipes are old, my units toilet would overflow even when the valve was turned to off. It ended up flooding the master bed & bath and soaking into the apartment below us. Other than that, they have routine fire ...
extinguisher checks and make sure your smoke detectors work. If you don’t mind being bit up & trapping a rat or two, thin walls, and old plumbing, move on in.
