Worst apartment iv ever lived in
January 9, 2026When we first moved in it was ok but when downhill from there the newest company to take over has made things untenable there is dog poop everywhere never gets cleaned up the water is always getting shut off and since the new company has taken over our water bill almost doubled bathtubs and tiles were painted and began to peel flies everywhere in the summer due to the dog poop absolute nightmareReview from Apartments.com

Don’t waste your money!
October 4, 2021They don’t maintain the gates! They cut the water of randomly with no notice! They don’t maintain the ac units very well! This place is infested with roaches! The water barely gets hot after months of headache with the water being cut off! Honestly save your money! The covered parking has holes in the roofs! The parking lot gets flooded so your new car can begin to rust! Honestly the price they want for this is crazy! Forgot to mention all the siding ripped of and all the ac units are toor ...apart!!Property Manager Responded

Roach Infestation
October 26, 2019Horrible experience with roach infestation for 7-8 months of my 12 month lease they kept saying “we sprayed “ but nothing changed. I have videos and photos and talked to many neighbors, they had the same issues. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve removed everything from our cabinets to be sprayed. One of our expensive coffee makers was ruined due to the roaches infestation. We ate out more times than I can count due to the infestation. After contacting management multiple times, they refused ...to compensate us in any way for the inconvenience or allow us to break our lease. The last few months we spent money treating the infestation due to the kitchen being so unusable. Feel free to contact me for pictures or videos of the infestation. I wouldn't want anyone to deal with this kind of issue, especially when you pay so much to have a nice place. Management failed to handle the situation or at the very least allow us to leave without heavy fees.Property Manager Responded

May 7, 2018I've been living here for 6 months now, and I love it. The staff is really nice, they all seem to enjoy their work and everyone I've met in the office is amazing. Worse than some low income apt
August 24, 2017Pool is absolutely disgusting, ages and mold growing all over bottom and sides, management can not give a truthful straight and we to save their life, they lie to the tenets, by giving some dreamed up excuses.when you go to talk to asst. Manager her text messeges and fingernails are way more important than your conversation with her. It has went down since changing owners, plush landscaping, laughable just around the office so that it draws in the next sucker who signs a questionable lease, ...terrible run away as far as you can.
