Dirty & overpriced
May 3, 2022This apartment complex is so dirty. Barley find parking. Drug addicts everywhere. Literally just not worth what I am paying for not to mention they increased rent twice within a 6 month period. Increased rent by $300. This place is just trash.Property Manager Responded

Disgusting and Trashy
June 6, 2021There is garbage thrown all I've the property. The entire complex smells like a landfill. To make things worse, the tenants here not only trash this complex, but they go to other complexes nearby and tear down fencing, pick fights with kids, and just trash the properties.Property Manager Responded

Cozy and comfortable
October 11, 2019I’ll be coming up on my year of living here at the Bluffs at Evergreen. My apartment is cozy and comfortable. When I had any issues with minor things that have gone wrong I could just go to management who by the way are extremely kind, caring and friendly ladies and they would get maintenance on it immediately. I appreciate the welcome feeling that receive from the staff. An awesome spacious apartment with a really kewl balcony. I also have a great storage space as well. October 10, 2019I originally moved in 2010 due circumstances out of my control had to move to a different building \ unit in 2016. The Maintenance crew here are on top of their game.. They get the job done well and efficiently. It he management here are very welcoming and as well as the maintenance crew on top of things. We are on the bus line and near stores which is a plus. August 20, 2018Have lived here since 2016 and find this the best place to be here on Casino rd.Our apt.is just the right size for two people and was sparkling clean when we moved in.Laundry rooms are clean and most of the time,easily accesible.The grounds are kept clean and the grass is kept mowed. the landscape is pleasing to look at.lots of room for children to play and run.The leasing staff and maintanence crew are all awesome and,on top of all requests for help with things concerning your home.Would ...reccomend the Bluffs for families and singles.Give them a look,you won't be disappointedProperty Manager Responded
