Love living at Boardwalk Apartments. Everything is well maintained. All things necessary are within walking distance. Plethora of activities occur on the Town Green, at Cynthia Woods Pavilion and on Market Street. Texas Ironman, Art Show, Various Festivals, 5K runs, concerts galore. A walkers dream.

The staff has been amazin. responsive, helpful, and consistently supportive whenever needed. While the facilities themselves feel a bit outdated and could benefit from some upgrades, the overall experience has still been positive. The location is truly the standout feature and ultimately the main reason I’ve chosen to stay. Its convenience and accessibility make a big difference and outweigh the cosmetic drawbacks of the property.
