September 1, 2025I am very satisfied with the quality of life I experience living in this community, specifically in Building 1. The people are mostly friendly and respectful. Maintenance is impeccable, and the building is always clean and hygienic. The only area worth improving is that the Business Room administration needs to be more attentive, as the computers are often poorly maintained (technical support for viruses and malfunctions), and it takes many days, and sometimes weeks, to refill the printer toner ...when it runs out.
