Not what I was expecting
October 28, 2024This place was a lot nicer than I expected. Staff are super friendly and Bill was genuinely interested in what I was looking for which was very refreshing. The apartments were nice and the views from the outdoor deck were astounding! I didn't rent here because my specific floorplan that I wanted was not available but they are on my radar. 5 stars!Property Manager Responded

The staff at Boathouse made applying, getting approved, move-in, and getting a new pup so easy and smooth! November 5, 2021Poor experience. Lots of break-ins and management makes no attempt to let the community know that its happening. Ive seen multiple cars broken into in the parking garage because the gate has been broken for months. The management should be telling people to keep valuables out of their cars and keep an eye out. I have also had my storage unit robbed and seen other too and have seen no communication from management about this. I no longer feel safe living here.Property Manager Responded
