Management VERY difficult, rude and does not take any issues seriously
January 5, 2016I have endured 4 different ownerships at my stay at Chatham Harbor (now Boca Vista). My rent is on time and I am an excellent tenant, but the process of dealing with each owner has been a nightmare, to say the least. I am now, after 7 years, kicked out of my current place so they can remodel and I don't have enough words to tell you how unvaluable I was made to feel. I have begged for new appliances but was ignored. It is evident that Michelle, the Mgr., doesn't value good tenants and believe ...me, your rent will escalate each year hughly, with no consideration on the horrible appliances, living conditions or any issues you find not resolved by Management. Boca Vista Apartments are a beautiful place to live
August 15, 2015This is the best apartment complex to be and live in. The apartments are centrally located and minutes away from I-4, and most other locations. The common areas are well maintained and has 2 pools and a large playground for the children to play. The largest pool has a beautiful barbeque area and lots of lounge areas. The complex also has a state of the art workout center with multiple levels and different areas of specialties. August 7, 2015My apartment is beautiful. A wonderful area close to Altamonte Mall Cranes Roost and a lot of shopping plazas. Boca vista has a beautiful barbecue pit with two pools a brand new gym and the cutest little park located right on the lake. The maintenance is wonderful I usually get whatever problems fixed the same day. There are only 2 things that I do not like a Boca Vista. 1 it can be a bit expensive but there is a reason why they say you get what you pay for because I love it here. And 2 you ...cannot rent the office for parties or gatherings like a lot of other apartment communities do. August 14, 2015the walls are thin and so are the floors. if your neighbors are noisy you won't sleep well.the appliances are ok but are prone to breakdown often. the community is quite. and the neighbors don't really say hello that often. the grounds are well maintained. otherwise OKReview from Apartments.com

August 26, 2015I rate this 5 stars because of the help and assistance I have received at the time my son was in the hospital. I am 60 and my son is now 15. I adopted him when he was 6 days old. Slighly better than a ghetto apartment
June 11, 2014It takes forever to get anything fixed, they don't send out notices when they do work on things like painting, or temporarily shutting off water, maintenance will come into your house unannounced, so you could be in the shower, on the toilet, sleeping, etc... or not even home and they will come in anyways without you even knowing they're there. The playground is broken and falling apart, and there are 1980's workout things all rusted and broken next to the playground. There's a faded alligator ...warning sign yet no fence to keep them away from the playground which is right next to the water. There's dog feces all over the grass near the playground. The apartments still have 1980's stoves and junk. It's a horrible place to go unless you need somewhere badly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
If you must move here move to top floor
December 15, 2014Like the title says, If you must move here move to the top floor. When I lived there the people above me would just walk normally and I could hear every footstep like there was just loose plywood between us.
