Options for transportation make getting around super easy. Uptown Altamonte is a fun spot where locals go for shopping and entertainment, it is the center of the city. Outside of the city there are many options for vacations. Altamonte Springs is a lively place to live year-round.
There are many excellent reasons to make a move to Altamonte Springs, Florida. First, the area has great recreation opportunities. These include Lake Lotus Recreation Park, a 150-acre nature preserve. The park has a boardwalk, playground equipment, grills, restrooms, a fishing dock, and an enclosed pavilion right next to the lake. Altamonte Springs also has many parks and community-oriented activities.
