Horrible staff!

Please think twice before moving onto this property. Staff is shared by the several properties Oliver Properties maintains in the area. No one communicated effectively and staff communicates solely via text message. Upon moving in, I wasn’t give a key fob or access to the garage. Through several attempts via text and by walking to six cord on several occasions I was able to get access. I should’ve known on that day to cancel my lease. appears on site and calling the corporate office is synonymous with trying to see the Wizard. After many request I was later informed that the apartment windows won’t open and it took for my freezer glass to explode to finally receive a replacement. And this doesn’t even hit on the arbitrary fees due to “inconveniencing staff” because they have to travel to respond to request. Please, I beg don’t stay here.
