June 15, 2023This place is an actual dump. They label themselves as luxury living which is hilarious. I have lived here for a short time period and these are the issues I have already ran into- trash shoot broke, elevator broke, car break ins in the parking garage, and "short staffed" maintenance to name a few. There is a cafe next door owned by Bold which is super convenient except for the fact that there is never an employee working even when the hours posted on the door claim they are open? The water here ...also smells like sewage and the Wi-fi included in the outrageous rent barely works. I genuinely do not know if this place has any real staff. Great Location - Not Great Managment
September 20, 2021Great location and a nice building to live in, but the company that runs it clearly tries to extract extra money out of its tenants however it can. Random additional fines for extremely petty things, and beyond that taking $1300 off of our security deposit when we moved out! Granted our cat did chew the strings off of the blinds, so I understand that charge, BUT they also charged hundreds of dollars EACH for things such as a coffee stain on the kitchen wall, a coffee stain on the carpet, and a ...few small holes from picture nails that amounted to the rest of their inflated estimate.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
