February 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI love having my child and animals here. Everything is so walkable and the building also has a dog run making it easy to take my pets out. The cafe next door is also a great amenity for us. My neighbors are all super friendly and so is the staff.

I don’t see myself living anywhere else if apartment downtown Sarasota. Very convenient to have garage to pull in and everything is so close. All restaurants and events downtown.

I have lived here for a short time period and these are the issues I have already ran into- trash shoot broke, elevator broke, car break ins in the parking garage, and "short staffed" maintenance to name a few. There is a cafe next door owned by Bold which is super convenient except for the fact that there is never an employee working even when the hours posted on the door claim they are open? The water here ...also smells like sewage and the Wi-fi included in the outrageous rent barely works. I genuinely do not know if this place has any real staff. Do not rent.Read More

Random additional fines for extremely petty things, and beyond that taking $1300 off of our security deposit when we moved out! Granted our cat did chew the strings off of the blinds, so I understand that charge, BUT they also charged hundreds of dollars EACH for things such as a coffee stain on the kitchen wall, a coffee stain on the carpet, and a ...few small holes from picture nails that amounted to the rest of their inflated estimate.Read More
