Great vibe but thin walls
June 14, 2017Overall this property has a great vibe. The apartments are large with high ceilings and open floor plans. The biggest downside to this property is the paper thin walls. When we moved in we could hear our neighbors' television as if we were sitting in their living room with them. It is not uncommon to hear conversations and other sound coming from our neighbors' bedroom. These are not just the muffled sounds that are normal in apartments, these are fully audible conversations that can be heard ...in all their detail. Also, be warned that there is an event venue on the first floor of the building. This means that if you have a 2nd floor apartment you will likely get to enjoy the music coming from the wedding receptions that happen most weekends. If you are looking for a cool apartment in the heart of downtown, and don't mind hearing everything your neighbor does, the Bolts and Nuts lofts could be a good option for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
