I would think twice - not a great place for family

I would never recommend this community to anyone. After 3 years of living there we finally moved my father out. The overall care level is ok but the management is awful. They regularly have no idea what is going on, they dont communicate to each other and they dont communicate or respond to family. The attitude of the management staff is rude and unhelpful. The living in conditions my father was in I would never wish upon anyone and the staff just allows it. They dont raise concerns to family ...

My Dad lived here for a year and the price they charge for retired people on a fixed income is ridiculous. They do not feed the residents in a timely manner and the food choices are poor. They often run out of food and don't cook fresh foods or serve them fruit. It's in the Apple Capital of the World and yet you don't see fresh fruit offered. Maintainence requests are extremely slow. They let my Dad move into a place that wasn't cable/phone ready and his dishwasher and microwave didn't work. It ...

took over two months before they fixed them. The wait staff treats the residents very poorly. They allow the employees to park on both sides of the road thus not allowing room for emergency vehicles. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
