Disobedient neighbors and slack management

I have been living at Bonnie Terrace for a little over a year now. While the location of the property makes it very convenient to access shops, restaurants, groceries, etc., the property has a major design issue in that the kitchen exhaust ducts of the neighboring units are connected. My neighbors cook spicy food regularly that produces pungent smell and creates a lot of smoke that enters into my property through the kitchen exhaust and fills up the living room in just a few minutes. This smell ...
is nauseating and unbearable. I had complained to the management and they had put up a note to the neighbors about this issue. The neighbors complied for a few days only, and again resumed their cooking with the kitchen exhaust turned on at full intensity. I had complained to the management again, but no action was taken. I am disappointed that the management is very slack on such serious issues. I have never missed a single rent payment and was never a source of disturbance to the community whatsoever. I feel let down by the management and do not recommend this property as a good living space.

Horrible management. The on-site manager is literally a liar, she denies what she wrote on the paper to take advantage of customer and bring profit to the greedy upper management. I had several attempts to reach corporate upper management but she denied to give me name and direct phone number. It seems they are kind of fake management and the on-site manager can do whatever she wants. Building defects and mismanagement are numerous ...
just few examples are listed as follows:
- Walls are very thin that you can technically hear your neighbors.
- There is no bike rack that cheapest thing that every apt complex must have.
- Only after 8 months, they increased the rent by 20%.
- The entrance gate is broken intermittently

I am living here from past two years, I am seeing a lot of differences in the property management.
The New property manager is nice and responses immediately in case of any issues.
They are renovating the apartment as well.
I greatly recommend this apartment now.

I have recently moved to Bonnie Terrace apartment. Rental process is so easy and office staff are nice & responsible. Indian Grocery shops, restaurants are in walk-able distance. Most of the offices also near by so we can save our time. I like Terrace Apartments

Recently started living here and I love it. I run a lot so it feels safe running in a neighborhood where there's an elementary school. Less than a mile away there's a Starbucks, Safeway, and much more which I find so convenient. This place is under new managemant. The manager for this property was very informative and super sweet. I constantly asked questions before making this my permeant place and she made me comfortable doing so. Only thing I would fix is the gym maybe adding weights would be ...

There's has been so many managers that property is going down the hill, it's going so bad that they're decreasing the rent (which is good for us residents) they need to hire a manager with good people skills and not going for cheap options that don't have experience at all, property looking dirtier every week, even that rent is decreasing still to much for old property I'm moving out once my contract expires.

You will never have to worry about your deposit , bcoz it will be always safe with the owners..... got back nothing even though the apartment was well kept.
You can witness mold everywhere .... fitness center and pool is a joke.. and have witnessed couple of vandalism as well. Too expensive for the old apartment and badly rated school.

Beware all !!!!!There is a big scam going on for they will ask you to pay $1600 for paint and cleaning charges for a WELL KEPT apartment while you move out.There is another resident who posted the charges he faced for no reason and TOTALLY AGREE with that review.I have been resident here and would not recommend these apartments since these are not well kept and lot of maintenance issues which the manager will not listen to.ABOVE ALL APARTMENTS ARE TOO OLD AND NO MAINTENANCE

And the specially rent is too expensive for this apartment.
With the Rent , deposit also more and ensures , sucks all your deposits at end of tenure.
I don't recommend to any new movement and its waste of money and no piece of of mind.
