Less than 1 star isn't possible
November 18, 2021When I moved in here I saw the same old bandaid solutions as every other cheap complex despite having been newly remodeled. They couldn't even spend the money to hire someone to clean the one bathroom they just painted over it. I do construction and remodeling professionally I can see what they've done and why. One of the managers (Vanessa) is always rude and talks down to you. I was in a wreck shortly after moving in and have been late a couple times with rent as a result if not being able to ...work full time yet and they have been unwilling to help me in anyway even just once. All they care about is your money, and I really do believe that the good rating on here is one of the property managers trying to boost their ratings. The literal worst
March 5, 2021The neighborhood is trash. The staff is rude. They send out eviction notices if your two days late on rent no matter how long you've lived there, no matter how covid has affected you and no matter if you've never been late or missed any other payment. They are literally the worst to deal with. The actual apartment is falling apart and the floors are so uneven there is no seal around the door so air and dirt and bugs can just come and go as they please. Very Disrespectful Staff
June 24, 2018I have given this management team the benefit of the doubt on more than one occasion. I haven't made a fuss over the numerous occasions that they have been unprofessional but the "general manager" telling me it isn't her job to keep the pool open when they say it will be open, is the last straw. She told me if anyone breaks the rules everyone will have to get out the pool and she will shut it down, because and I quote.... February 13, 2018I love Boston Creek Apartments! We are in a three bedroom duplex and it is amazing! It is so quiet and a perfect place for our kids to grow up! The office staff is so sweet. The Managers are fairly new and act like they need to be re-trained, the managers will tell you one thing one day and then when a person goes back and try to follow them up on their word they have a completely different story, REALLY? This complex needs to be shut down or get some workers that actually know what they are doing and what ...they are talking about. Boston creek apartments
August 14, 2015They have been recently remodeled, and have excellent amenities, I've lived in two houses before this apartment and this apartment is much nicer than the houses were, and have much far superior appliances. I recommend these apartments to anyone that ever needs one, I like living here a lot. And it's very comfortable. The staff is friendly, and helpful at all times. Remodels are Awesome

Rags to riches
August 1, 2015I worked for the U. S. Postal Service from 1982-2012 & then retired. During that time Boston Creek was the butt of many jokes because of it's dilapidated state & it's occupant's. That's the Rag's part of the complex. I was lucky enough to see the Rich's part of this worn out complex. A large company in Dallas,TX bought the property & the rich's part started. First new parking lot's all new outside from paint to anything needing repair. Then new A/C & new air tight window's. Then new doors ...and lock's for the inhabitant's safety. Then came new laundry facilities a new swimming pool & new work out room with all new equipment. My efficiency apartment is 600 sq. feet & a 30 second walk to the laundry. If you like a new house the inside is ideal. New wood floor's, all new appliances from the kitchen to the bathroom. My closet has enough room for a twin bed if you don't mind storing your stuff offsite.
