April 29, 2022Issues at move-in were hardly addressed: sun stained blinds (only one was replaced), stained sink, terrible carpet patching. I have addressed an issue with our garage opening on its own several times. The first time we were promised that they would check why it was opening. I reached out again a couple times and was told they would order a new garage remote - no response over one month later. Lastly, I reached out regarding someone shoving a garbage bin under my car. It was so deep under my car I ...had to crawl underneath and even cut my hand open getting it out. Considering we are quiet and respectful residents who pay their rent on time every month, you would think management would at least address our concerns. We have only complained once about our neighbors even when they play loud music almost every weekend because we hate to complain or cause drama. Our neighbors got our car towed, other neighbors moved a garbage can that wasn’t ours onto our back porch over the span of a couple week (seen on ring camera), and garbage can shoved underneath my car. This is the absolute worst apartment complex we have lived at and disgustingly overpriced for the service, features, finishes, and overall quality of living.Property Manager Responded

April 29, 2022My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment for our first year of living together and we have loved every minute of it. The gym facility had just been updated when we moved in, and the pool area is really nice. Our 2 bed 2 bath has been more than enough space for the two of us and the views we have from our bedroom and balcony are incredible!! The management team is quick to respond and they also checked in on us after a couple weeks of moving in to make sure everything was going great. The sink ...in the kitchen being too small and not having an ice maker were really our only complaints, everything else has been really great for us.Property Manager Responded

September 6, 2021This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. The management is beyond unprofessional and unorganized. It took over 3 weeks to get my AC fixed. While the property manager laughed in my face when I brought up how hot it was and our power bill was more.Property Manager Responded

We do recall the issue with your AC in the middle of August and it taking so long for parts to come in from CA. Because it was hot, we offered two portable AC's to help with keeping your home cool while your AC was out. Unfortunately, we were at the mercy of the AC company and the arrival of the special order parts coming from out of state. We regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience.
