January 31, 2026I recently moved into Boulevard West, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but JoAnne made the entire process feel like a breeze. From the very beginning, she was amazing—she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave a fantastic, thorough tour of the property. When it came time for the paperwork, she was incredibly helpful with the leasing process and made sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. Her warm welcome really stood out ...and made me feel like part of the community right away.
