The Easton is a hidden gem!
June 24, 2025This is one of many good reviews I will write about the Easton! We’ve lived here for a year and plan to sign for another year. This place stands off because of their incredibly attentive staff. There are so many examples I can give but I wanted to give appreciation of their actions this past week. We recently were alerted of a water pipe leaking that affected water access for the entire building. The water leak began early in the morning and residents were alert immediately of the water problem. ...They had a maintained crew onsite immediately and we received updates on their progress throughout the day. Unfortunately, the water had to turned off for a majority of the day and into the evening. The office offered free water and pizza to residents that same evening and staff stayed in the office until 11:00 pm to ensure everyone had access to bottled water. Fun place and welcoming staff!
June 23, 2016After living in uptown area for the last 5 years, I was extremely excited to find the Easton. This property is amazing for many reasons. The overall quality is outstanding, whether it is the apartments, the landscaping, pool, courtyard, and even the parking garage. I absolutely LOVED the fun courtyard area with the gazebo, grill, and firepit; it was adorable and seemed like a perfect place to hand out after a long day. The pool has these plush lounge chairs and a cute waterfall feature. The area ...is ideal with a number of restaurants and pubs/bars within walking distance. Most of all, I absolutely adore the staff!! Both Cindy and Kyrie ROCK!! They were welcoming, excellent with communication, super sweet when I wanted to check out the model again. March 12, 2016My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and couldn't be happier with our apartment, location and management. Our 2 bedroom is huge and the rent is very reasonable. We enjoy the walkability to the bars/restaurants on Henderson and Greenville, enjoy the pool often and use the gym. On top of that, management is friendly and super responsive. Anytime that we've needed anything in the apartment, maintenance has resolved it within hours. February 27, 2016I have been a resident at the Easton for 2 years now and have had nothing short of a great experience! The staff(especially Jenny) have been friendly, accessible, and accommodating. I have made several friends at this property since I moved in. Great Place to Live
February 17, 2016I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Easton so far and have no plans to leave! What stands out for me is the management office and the maintenance staff, they are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is awesome - all requests have been taken care of within 24 hours and they even carry dog treats around so it's great running into them while walking your dog! Fitness room and pool never too crowded. Of course, great location that is walking distance to all the Henderson Ave. ...bars/restaurants and a short walk or jog to Katy trail! Love my apartment
August 1, 2015I have been at the Easton for a year now and absolutely love it. It's in the best location in Dallas for a young professional. Walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops on Henderson. Minutes away from lower greenville, easy access to Katy trail, and wonderful people. Maintenance issues are taken care of in less than 24 hours, the office people are very nice, and my 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious.
