December 7, 2020Positives- spacious, good price, dishwasher, garbage disposal, convenient location. Negatives- DO NOT ACCEPT THE MID FLOOR. Walls are thin you can hear literally everything above and below you, apartment is a little beat up but for the price it's good. If you can't handle loud music or loud neighbors this probably isn't the place for you. Overall not bad for what it is. But if I knew how loud this apartment was I never would have left my previous one. I only moved to BG to be closer to my ...boyfriend. Should have stayed in my quiet apartment in Maumee. BG village
August 20, 2015We moved in here about a month ago, me and my fiance have a two bedroom apartment. They are really nice, very spacious, and have a dishwasher AND garbage disposal! Not to mention a LOT of closet space! (We have a total of six closets!) All utilities are included, except electricity.. Which makes rent a little pricey at $650 a month, that's the only drawback. However they do allow cats and dogs and management is really nice. Really a good place to live!Review from Apartments.com
