The Box Board Lofts meet my living needs. Comfortable studio, washer, dryer, and dishwasher in my unit. Underground parking is great for in-and-out access. Dog grooming station for my dogs. The staff is friendly and responds when assistance is needed.

I have been living in this building for almost a year now and have nothing but positivity. The staff are always very helpful and kind. The building gets cleaned regularly which is awesome. A few tenants have not been great about cleaning after pets or taking out the trash; but the staff jumped right on it and resolved these issues quickly. The location is also great for walking to down town when its nice out or getting right on the highway to get to the airport!!

I love the esthetic of the apartment complex! I hate how uninsulated my unit is. My utility bill is so high during the winter months & always cold in the unit. Walls are paper thin, I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. It makes me cringe that I’m paying $125 a month to park in a compact garage or $75 a monthly for surface lot parking. The free street parking is a bit sketchy at night time if you’re a woman walking alone to the complex. As much a I love the esthetic of my unit, I do not ...

I moved in sight-unseen and the building is as advertised... for the most part. The unit is clean and the appliances are up-to-date. The floors are in good shape in the unit, but the stains in the hallway NEED to be addressed ASAP. I had several phone conversations with the leasing office before signing. I asked: "How noticeable is the train?" And, I was told: "You will hear it, but the windows are thick and it runs 9am-5pm." Now that I live here, my 9-5 train often blows the horn outside my ...
window at 2am. I will get used to the train (and maybe even like it), however, it will take longer to get over the frustration about being misled. This is a great building and tenants have been nice to me, just know the train comes by at ALL hours.

So far it’s been great! Everyone in the building has been so nice and helpful. I love the gym so much. Just need better communication with the leasing office, maybe not email, and the hallways/elevators/stairwells need cleaning. $1,400 for 400 sq ft so this building should be spotless haha

So far the community is quiet, clean, and responsive. There could be more storage space (and things tend to be built upwards, so having a step stool is a must), but otherwise the layout is great. Bathroom is large and has one of the deepest tubs I've used. Hot water tends to disappear right about when it fills. Kitchen is decent for a galley-style, although I'm not fond of the freezer-on-the-bottom style refrigerator. Love the huge windows and the ceiling fan in the bedroom, plus having a washer ...
