    This apartment has wonderful amenities, absolutely fantastic leasing managers and maintenance, and is super secure!! The apartments themselves have modern appliances within them and a spacious bathroom. It is just outside of the downtown area, so it is quieter but still very close to great restaurants. Any questions I have had has received support within 24 hours, and the team, Josh and Cassidy are so personable. They truly want the best for their residents. Regarding the security, there are ...
    specific codes needed in order to get it. It can be difficult for deliveries… I’ve had packages left in the main lobby, and in other odd places outside of the mailroom.     We fell in love with the Box Board Lofts before even seeing our unit. The gym is amazing with great space & equipment, and there are so many cozy social spaces throughout the building to work or relax in! It’s only been a few days, but everyone has been very kind and staff is always willing to help! I’m excited to be a part of the community :)

    I absolutely love my apartment. It is so cute, perfect size, and perfect location for me. However, the ceiling is paper thin and I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors are doing (and they’re not exactly quiet or considerate of that fact they have a downstairs neighbor). My rating would be 5 stars hand down if i wasn’t woken up, kept up, and just consistently affected by how loud they are :(

    Staff is always friendly and helpful. Community is great here with fun activities hosted monthly. Almost all utilities are covered which is a great help with rising costs overall.

    I absolutely love my loft apartment. It’s bright, open, and has such a cozy yet modern feel. The layout makes the space feel spacious and comfortable, and the natural light really brings everything together. It’s a peaceful place to come home to, while still being close to everything I need.     The Box Board Lofts meet my living needs. Comfortable studio, washer, dryer, and dishwasher in my unit. Underground parking is great for in-and-out access. Dog grooming station for my dogs. The staff is friendly and responds when assistance is needed.

    I have been living in this building for almost a year now and have nothing but positivity. The staff are always very helpful and kind. The building gets cleaned regularly which is awesome. A few tenants have not been great about cleaning after pets or taking out the trash; but the staff jumped right on it and resolved these issues quickly. The location is also great for walking to down town when its nice out or getting right on the highway to get to the airport!!

    I love the esthetic of the apartment complex! I hate how uninsulated my unit is. My utility bill is so high during the winter months & always cold in the unit. Walls are paper thin, I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. It makes me cringe that I’m paying $125 a month to park in a compact garage or $75 a monthly for surface lot parking. The free street parking is a bit sketchy at night time if you’re a woman walking alone to the complex. As much a I love the esthetic of my unit, I do not ...
